Amanda is a Pharmacogenomics Program Manager at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs with over twelve years of experience, leading end-to-end PGx implementation across the highest‑ordering VA region and a network of nine hospitals. She designs and operationalizes precision medicine workflows in psychiatry, primary care, and oncology, driving clinical adoption and translating complex genomic data into practical, point-of-care decisions.She partners with prescribers, operational leaders, and informatics teams to build consensus, align stakeholders, and embed PGx into everyday clinical practice, and has presented on advanced therapeutics and precision medicine at national forums such as the 2025 ASHP Federal Forum. Drawing on eight years as a Mental Health Clinical Pharmacist and her experience as an Adjunct Professor at West Virginia University, Amanda brings a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset to advancing PGx, oncology genomics, and precision medicine in a rapidly evolving healthcare landscape.
