About me
Nicole Farah is a Pharmacy Operations Manager at Allegheny General Hospital. Originally from Columbus, Ohio, Nicole pursued her Doctor of Pharmacy degree at the University of Pittsburgh. Following graduation, she completed a PGY1/PGY2 Health-System Pharmacy Administration and Leadership (HSPAL) residency at Allegheny General Hospital and has since been a part of the institution's pharmacy leadership team. With four years in her current role, Nicole has gained valuable experience in pharmacy operations, medication safety, and leadership. Outside of her professional endeavors, she enjoys spending time with her husband, who is also an inpatient pharmacist, their daughter Lina, and their two dogs.
